When using Topgardiner.dk, that the customer has accepted trading conditions. Topgardiner has the right to change/change the terms and conditions at any time.
Prices and Payment
All prices on www.topgardiner.dk include VAT, taxes etc
and The money is debited from the customer's card when the item has been shipped from stock.
Delivery
A handling fee is not charged, but a shipping price. The price depends on the weight to be shipped. Product samples are sent with Post Nord and sent without shipping costs.
Delivery of an order will take place to the address specified during ordering.
Right of withdrawal
According to §18 of the Consumer Contracts Act, you, as a buyer, have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but as your order is produced according to special measurements, the right of withdrawal expires when the order is placed and accepted, which is due to the fact that the production of the ordered item is initiated when the order is placed and accepted .
Should it happen that you regret your order, please contact our customer service. The address is info@topgardiner.dk . If production has not started, we will of course cancel your order immediately.
Damage/Lost
Should a shipment be damaged or lost during transport from us to you, we assume full responsibility. We only consider the goods as delivered when you have received the shipment in a complete and undamaged condition. This means that you will never be liable for goods that are lost/damaged during transport. On receipt of the package/goods, you must check for transport damage before receipt of receipt. If there is damage to the package/goods, an objection must be made to the transport company on the spot.
IMPORTANT! If the packaging shows signs of damage when you receive it, you must open the package in the presence of the postman or carrier, as receipt of receipt is the same as saying that the item is in order. If the item is damaged, the receipt "refused to receive due to damage" is added, after which the postman/carrier takes the package back. We must then be contacted immediately. If you only discover the transport damage afterwards, you must also contact us immediately.
It is important that the damaged packaging is preserved for later inspection by the carrier. TOPGardiner always ensures that you as a customer are kept injury-free.
Warranty/right of complaint
All our products are granted a 5-year right of complaint in accordance with applicable Danish legislation in the area. Should it be the case that your curtains break after the warranty period, you are welcome to contact us, after which we can find a solution that suits you best. The transport costs are paid by Topgardiner for a period of up to and including 2 years. Shipping costs will be invoiced to the customer after 2 years of complaints are over.
Always remember to save the invoice, as it is your warranty certificate. The warranty does not cover, for example: operating errors, modifications or misuse by the user. Any defects must be reported within a reasonable time to our customer service by email: info@topgardiner.dk
